Reconnect Ministry
(opens in a new tab)Reconnect Ministry is about feeding University students physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We provide a home cooked meal to students struggling to make ends meet. We share the gospel with them; we listen to things they are struggling with.
We want to welcome the students at University of Florida back to campus. And this year we are excited to welcome back students on the University of Central Florida campus too. We are praying for the students to have a great and safe year. We are praying for Revival to happen on both campuses. May God use our little ministry to change lives for his kingdom. May Jesus go before us and every event we do. We pray for Unite US and the ministry they are doing on campuses this semester. May God do great things on College campuses and through this generation!!!!
We are one month away from the start of a new season at UF and this year we will be at UCF also. Please be in prayer for us, the students, and decisions to be made for Christ. To God be the Glory!!! Wow, sorry we have not posted in few months. We have been using the summer for some much needed rest and recovery. We are excited to say that we had an amazing college school year this past year. We seen 214 decisions for Christ, and made many new connections with college students on several different campuses. We were able to serve over 3,000 meals. We are gearing up now for the start of the new fall semester. We will be expanding Reconnect Ministry to a second campus. We will be serving on UF campus of course but we will also be making some appearances on the campus of the University of Central Florida this fall. So please be in prayer for us and the students we come in contact with. Pray that doors and hearts will be open to the Gospel message.
